Where I live in Portland, is changing. I can't say that it is all positive. One good thing however is that it seems to be a hotbed of alternative energy initiatives. This eco wall is in a building that houses a pizzeria and a Brazilian wax shop. Hot. Very hot. Good candidates for renewable energy and sustainable cooling.
